Just a few notes about the upcoming release from David Collins, Steve Schlei, and myself on Petcord.

• Duration is uncertain, but it looks like it will be a fairly decent duration – around an hour?.
• Three compositions, “Mediation” by David (check out the score here), and my own “RadioGamelan” and “Fission.”
• Some really really tasty improvisations have been happening, which will surely be included too.
• Recording at KSE, and the sound quality has been great – we’re really excited for people to hear this.

The Electric Monster Laptop Ensemble, organized by Hsiao-Lan Wang, performed my piece “Solid State” on December 4th of 2009. I just got a recording of the performance, which you can check out below.
